Session Notes
- •Gentle / all-levels classes. No special attire required.
- •We can activate in a ballroom, breakout room, terrace, conference room, or office space.
- •About 1,200–1,800 sq ft is needed for 40–60 mats. Chair yoga needs only a meeting room.
